Reservations are guaranteed by a credit card. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel within the cancellation period unless you are making a reservation for longer than one week (see cancellation policy below).

Download a PDF copy of our Lease Contract. You will be asked to sign two copies of this contract upon checking into your apartment, one for our records and one for yours. We encourage you to read this contract prior to your arrival. Each signed contract also serves an official receipt of payment.

You are responsible for the general good upkeep of the apartment during your visit and will be held liable for major damage caused.

You should try to arrive to the apartment before 10 PM (2200). If you arrive later than this, you will be charged an additional CZK 500. If you should arrive between midnight and 5 AM (0500) you will be charged an additional CZK 1000.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

Cancellation policy

For reservations shorter than one week: you will receive a full refund if your reservation is canceled more than seven days before arrival. There is a one night penalty charge for canceling three to seven days before arrival and a 50% penalty charge applies for cancellation within three days. Cancellations on the day of arrival, or early departures which are not the fault of Prague Accommodations, are not eligible for any refund.

For reservations between one and two weeks: Your credit card will be charged three non-refundable nights upon confirmation of your reservation. If you cancel within two weeks of your reservation you are liable for 50% of your rental fee and within one week you will be eligible for no refund at all.

For reservations longer than two weeks: Your credit card will be charged seven non-refundable nights upon confirmation of your reservation. If you cancel within two weeks of your reservation you are liable for 50% of your rental fee and if you cancel within one week you will be eligible for no refund at all.

Payment methods

We demand full payment, agreed upon in your reservation confirmation, upon your arrival to the flat. We prefer to be paid in cash and accept either Euros (EUR) or Czech Crowns (CZK).

We also accept only Visa and MasterCard Credit Cards and you should be prepared to pay to the extra 4% bank charges.

You may also transfer money to our account PRIOR to your arrival to Prague. Our account details are as follows:
