Benediktska is our closest apartment to Prague´s Old Town Square. This lovely space is located in the heart of Stare Mesto, a five minute walk from Prague´s Old Town Square and around the corner from the lovely art-deco Municipal House (in Czech called Obecni Dum, home to the Prague Philharmonic). The neighborhood is one of the most trendy in Prague, with many of the city´s finest restaurants all located within a short five-minute walk. Should you choose to stay here you won´t be disappointed with either the apartment or all the goings on in the neighborhood.
The building was constructed in between the wars and is unique caught as it is between the two dominant architectural styles of the early 20th century, art nuevo and art deco. Crossing the threshold into Benediktska you will realize you’re in a truly special apartment. The 1930´s parquet floors, the lovely rounded ceilings, the bright living and bedrooms are a place where you can fully relax after visiting Prague´s sites.
We have furnished the flat with period antique furniture, two single beds in the bedroom and a magnificent closet to hang your clothes in. There is a unique mirror and stool in the living room along with a couple of chairs to read in if you need to while away some time.
There is also a couch which pulls out to form a double bed should more than two wish to stay here. As in all of our apartments, linens, towels, heating and electricity are included.
The fully functional kitchen features all the facilities expected in a beautiful flat. There is a large ´fridge, stove, microwave, stereo, cutlery and dishes. So, if you decide to cook instead of hitting one of the neighborhood restaurants, it´s no problem.
The neighborhood around the apartment is great, one of the most happening in Prague. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars and more are being added all the time. It´s simple to get out and grab a really good bite to eat and enjoy some of Prague´s excellent concerts and nightlife.
If you need to get anywhere quickly, there is a metro around the corner (Namesti Republiky stop, yellow line) or you may simply climb aboard a tram (nearest tram stop is Revolucni, trams 5, 14, 26, 53) and go exploring.
We think that staying at Benediktska will really make your experience in Prague great so come and be ready to be blown away.
