We started Apartments in Prague in August 2000. Our goal is to offer very nice, private apartments in Prague¹s center for substantially less than a Prague hotel costs. We started with one Apartment (Olivova) and have continued to expand as demand grows.

Since we couldn't possible handle the reservations, the emails, the logistics and cleaning up the flats, our first hire was Radmila Novakovic who runs the outstanding Home Help Service. Radmila and her team of cleaners are available almost 24 hours a day and have really helped us establish our reputation for cleanliness!

In 2002 we hired our friends Mira and Jan to help us greet our clients at our apartments. They also wanted to pick our clients up at the airport and offer them an easy, hassle-free transfer into Prague. We thought that was a pretty smart idea.

In 2004 we hired Lenka Lorencova and Roman Dvorak to help us with our reservations and handle your enquires.

In 2006 Johanna Prokopcova came to work for us, driving our clients to and from the airport, to the bus and train stations and checking people in. Johanna speaks fluent English, Czech, Italian and a smattering of German and French, so she's really helpful when you arrive. We love her and hope you do to!

In 2006 we totally redesigned our website, making it easier to navigate, easier to read, easier to see when each apartment is free. We also changed our site name to Apartments-in-Prague.org to more accurately reflect what services we offer. With our new secure server, automated database and reservation system, we hope to be able to answer your queries more quickly and more efficiently.

Our goal is to provide you with any services you need during your visit, be it a weekend in Prague or a full on Prague holiday. However, we feel it is important that you have your questions answered before you arrive so you can get out and enjoy the city from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. That's why we encourage you to surf our site and write us if you have any unanswered questions.
