You’ve gotten the puppet, stolen a pub beer glass, walked away with a bunch of different beer coasters all featuring a different kind of Czech beer, but you don’t have that super-cool Prague gift which you really need. Fear no more, visit Martin Fojtek’s FotoGrafic photo Gallery and you’ll take home with something cool, interesting, different and memorable.

Tucked away on the small street Stříbrná in Prague 1 just near the Charles Bridge (link to tourist info) the gallery is more like something you’d see in New York rather than in Prague. Bare brick walls are lined with art randomly displayed from new exhibits, old exhibits and the permanent collection. All of it’s for sale and all of it is cool.

The interesting thing about the prints in the FotoGrafic gallery isn’t that they are great pictures (which they are, at least some of them, depends on your taste), but the way they are printed. Martin is a master printer and he prints his photos on a large and different variety of papers and canvases, so his pictures all look like something other than photographs.

So when you are out strolling around Prague and suddenly remember you need to get that last excellent present, then you simply have to stop by the FotoGraphic gallery and get yourself at least a couple of small prints. If you buy something bigger Martin will happily send it to you too, so you don’t have to worry about excess baggage or damaging your new art in your luggage.
